Question by iccallender: How can I get experience with on the job web design with Flash without ever getting a job opportunity?
I am a College Graduate and I really want an opportunity. I am a legal alien or permanent resident with a green card in the last phase of my citizenship process but I am unable to get a job because I am not able to access information for all the job offers that i have already been given. As recent as yesterday 4/4/06 I was to start in an IT position. I already was interviewed and got the job and I was going through my first day on the job stuff but towards the end of some Q&A I was asked if I was a US citizen and I said no and my new boss who really wanted to keep me was told by his boss that there was no choice but to walk me out the buiding even though it was something that they missed in the hiring process. This has happened to me 3 times before and that jobs that do not require me to be a US citizen require 3-5 yrs experience. How can I get over this hump. A already applied for my citizenship and all I have to do is wait for a letter from imigration that says I am approved
